Promise Homes depends on charitable donations for many of its residents' needs. The Resident Needs Fund was established to cover such expenses as prescription assistance, eyeglasses, dental care, clothing personal care items, group outing costs, and more. Donations may be made online or by mailing to the Promise Homes office.
Promise Homes can always use help in stocking their pantries and supply closets. Church groups, community clubs and organizations, and individuals can assist by collecting these items and delivering to the Promise Homes office, or call to arrange for pick-up. A complete list of items can be found on the "Needs" link.
You or your group may wish to sponsor a particular resident or home. This can be done by scheduling regular payments, or you may choose to provide specific items as needed. The Promise Homes office will be happy to assist you in making the necessary arrangements.
United Methodist Churches of the North Alabama Conference can help by remembering Promise Homes in your apportionment payments, fund # 462.
